Hello......Again
Hello, and thank you all so much for your kindness, and your prayers. I am blessed with such wonderful friends.
I have missed you all, and this blog. I forget at times how much good it does me to come here and share my life with you all. It is refreshing to my soul. I must get back to sharing my thoughts more.
I can't believe we are already into April. Spring has been nice thus far. My Irises are about to bloom. I can't wait to see them. They are such a beautiful sight. Are you decorating for Easter yet?
I've been a bit crafty.... Created some cute things . I'll take some pictures and share in another post. I've also been working on a handmade journal. I've been having fun with it. So what have you been up to as of late? Thank you all again so very much for your prayers. The meds help, but the prayers are what keep me going. I'm thankful for you all. Blessings ❤
I've missed your posts Shelley. I'm happy to know the meds are helping. I haven't done decorating yet. I only have my He is Risen sign up that we got from Dollar Tree. My day lilies are coming back and so are some of my other flowers. I need to do something with my rose bushes as they are looking sickly but other than that nothing much is going on. I'm slowly making my way back to crocheting little projects and doing some coloring in my coloring books.
ReplyDeleteI have several pictures going at the same time but I do the same with crochet projects. One coloring page I'm working on is headshot picture of Diana Ross from the movie Mahogany she did way back in the 70s.
The page is in a coloring book called I Love My Hair. I had to Google the picture so I can get the colors just right but I messed up on the lipstick color!
Anyway, didn't mean to ramble. I hope you have a very blessed weekend.
Hello Dear Shelley,
ReplyDeleteHappy Spring to you! I was delighted to come and see your post today. Thank you for letting know how you are doing. I hope you will be feeling better and better. I will continue to pray.
You asked what your readers have been up to. Well, I have been caring for a stray mama kitty and her 3 kittens. We had an extremely cold, snow and icy February and first couple of weeks of March. It was challenging to keep them warm in addition to fed and watered at our neighbor's farm. But, Shelley, they are so cute and now are healthy, neutered 5 month olds. God gave them such beauty and they are so full of life!
God bless and keep you this spring season. May your Easter be very blessed.
Love to you,
Lily
Yes , the Spring flowers give us cheer , my Irises will flower a bit later than yours ..it comes and goes too quickly , but is such a beautiful flower ! May the Lord pour down his healing love on you .....Yes ... Blessings to you too . love Debbie x
ReplyDeleteIt was good to see you here. I am glad that the meds are helping your back. I have beautiful daffodils and hyacinths blooming in my yard, and my bright red tulips should be blooming at the end of this week or next week. I think Spring has sprung around here.
ReplyDeleteI hope with your meds and springtime here you will feel better and better every day.
Take care.
Happy Palm Sunday (soon)! Irises...I love them. The deer ate mine as they were coming up. It is colder here so our Irises come up in the summer. Andrea
ReplyDeleteIt is good that you are feeling up to blogging again. I pray that your back gives you more relief- I suffer from spinal problems myself and also fibromyalgia. Blessings and comfort, Glenys
