    1. Organic greens, black olives, carrots, celery, walnuts, mushrooms and I believe I had put rasins in as well. I always season my salads with garlic and herbs seasoning then add olive oil with Balsamic vinegar or Brags Apple Cider vinegar.......very yummy and good for you ❤

  3. Tasty looking salad. It looks like it was a beautiful day to take a walk. We have had some real pretty days here in Missouri, but this weekend we have gone back to cold, dreary wintery weather. Your dogs are so cute. My little Fuzzy dog would hate having another dog in the house. He wouldn't like sharing the attention. How do you make your hummus?

  6. Dearest Shelly forgive me from the absence of your blog. You are often in my mind and think that I will reach you but I don't and I simply forget to think again. But today I have made it a point to drop in and visit. Your salad looks great and the doggies are cute. Glad your out and about. Blessings with love Janice

  7. I've just bought my first walker. I'm quite hesitant about using it, but I have severe, chronic lower back pain and I can't walk very far because of the pain.
My walker looks like yours. I know we're the same age, so you'll understand how depressed I feel at the thought of needing mobility aids. :(
On a brighter note, you have lost so much weight and you're looking very good.
