In Mourning

The outcome was the worst concerning my son. My life is not as it was. I'm separated for life from my dear child. No more celebrations together, no holidays spent together, no more early mornings on my porch having coffee and a chat.  I will trust God to help me cope, and to lean on his understanding because I can't even begin to try and understand why!  I will not lose all hope, I can't..... because my hope does not lie in what is seen, but what is unseen to my fleshly eyes. I will look to the one who where in lies all my hope......Christ alone!

God bless you all for your friendship and faithfulness to me, Shelley

  4. Prayers, prayers, prayers (and hope!). We live in this "valley of tears". We are made for heaven, and
what counts is that we/you all get there for all eternity. Just remember, Mary lost her Son, so plead with her to ask her Son to give you strength and to wipe away your tears. Andrea

  8. I'm so sorry to hear about your situation. *Praying for you and your family* I thought of you and a Bible verse I was memorizing for our women's study..."Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength." - Nehemiah 8:10 (NIV)
