Hello friends, I hope everyone is doing well this week? I had my granddaughter over last night for a sleepover. It had been a while since any of the grandchildren came for a night over. If you have been a long term follower of my blog Simply Shelley then, you may remember Jalyn from years ago. I babysat her before she started school, and she and I became best thrift store buddies. She has always liked dolls too. We shared many tea parties and dolly play times together way back when. She is almost 12 now, but still likes her dolls, which I find very endearing. When she discovered reborns, she wanted one too and was going to start saving her money to purchase one. Well, I decided I would just let her adopt my Nina Grace and not make her wait forever trying to save enough money. When she leaves today to go home, Nina will be going to her new home with Jalyn. Jalyn has promised to be the very best dolly mommy ever to my sweet reborn baby. I'm not worried one bit :)
Oh, to be a child again.
